Hello. I'm Andrea Rosa.  My firm, The Rosa Law Group, specializes in estate planning to help families enhance their lives today and secure their futures.

My journey to becoming an attorney began with a desire to make a difference for those facing workplace challenges. I saw firsthand the struggles of individuals, both young and old, who were mistreated at work. This inspired me to attend law school and provide the legal assistance they needed. However, after building a successful and rewarding Employment Law practice I've realized my true calling lay elsewhere.

The turning point occurred when my grandmother in Puerto Rico died without a will. With nine children, including my mother, the probate process became lengthy and complicated. Each new great-grandchild added more filings, and the process was further delayed when one of my cousins was murdered by her husband. The probate was halted until he was convicted, forcing the heirs to wait for that to be settled. If he had been found not guilty, the murderer would have inherited part of my grandma’s estate proceeds.

Furthermore, the lawyers disappear after the documents are signed, never to be seen again. In addition, there is also no guarantee that the plans work when families need them to. My goal is to help you avoid delays, reduce costs, and ensure your wishes are honored. No matter your family structure or life stage, I'll craft a plan that meets your needs now and in the future.

At The Rosa Law Group, we do things differently. We offer flat fee billing, agreed upon in advance, so there are no surprises. You'll know the cost upfront, and you can even choose your own fee.

We view planning as the start of a relationship, not a one-time transaction. After signing your documents, we continue to support you by reviewing your plan every three years at no extra charge.

Our process goes beyond financial assets. We help you pass on your intellectual, spiritual, and human assets, along with your stories. We also offer family meetings to discuss the plan and set expectations, creating a legacy of love and care.
